Japanese regional forms
GenZui retains Noto Serif JP’s character repertoire and Japanese forms of shared ideographs. Chinese and Korean coverage is limited to that base.
Historical letterforms
The 21 constructed forms are modern reconstructions of historical letterforms. Historical katakana use Noto’s Mincho kana strokes and newly drawn connections. Regular is the available weight.
